Every Feature, Beautifully Designed

Baybayin: The Ancient Script of the Philippines
The app is the official digital companion to this book — bringing the Mendoza Baybayin system to life through interactive learning tools that weren’t possible in print.
The Mendoza system, originally proposed to the Philippine Language Institute in 1979, preserves original spelling and includes dedicated characters for sounds introduced through Spanish and English. It was taught within small community circles in the United States for decades, remaining largely inaccessible to a wider audience — until now.
Bayani Mendoza de Leon
Bayani Mendoza de Leon has dedicated years to preserving and teaching the Mendoza Baybayin system — a framework developed by his uncle Ricardo B. Mendoza in a 1979 proposal to the Philippine Language Institute.
Through teaching, writing, and now this app, Bayani's son, Nuby, is making these materials broadly available for the first time — giving learners access to a system with a documented lineage that has been minimally represented in mainstream Baybayin resources.

I used this manual to learn Baybayin when I was in 3rd grade of elementary school. It is extremely informative while at the same time simple enough to follow along with ease. (I'm now 18) But even for my 3rd grade mind I was able to master the script...
I would highly recommend this to anyone who would like to learn Baybayin.
